Цель. Определить влияние глобализации на политический процесс, рассматриваемый как многоуровневое явление.

Процедура и методы

Процедура и методы. Концептуализировав политический процесс как трёхуровневую модель, автор сконцентрировал своё внимание на анализе влияния процесса глобализации на агентный (микроуровень), конститутивный (мезоуровень) и метаполитический (макроуровень) уровни политического процесса.

Результаты

Результаты. Установлено, что на агентном уровне политического процесса влияние глобализации характеризуется через появление новых акторов, влияющих на внутриполитическую ситуацию. На конститутивном уровне политического процесса глобализация приводит к изменениям системы институтов, происходят процесс унификации институтов и обратный ему процесс фрагментации. На метаполитическом уровне процесс глобализации влияет на суверенитет политической системы при появлении новых надсистемных игроков на мировой арене.

Теоретическая и практическая значимость. Введена концептуальная модель политического процесса и определены основные тенденции развития политического процесса в условиях глобализации.

Aim

Aim. To identify how globalization generally influences the levels of the conceptual three-level model of the political process.

Methodology

Methodology. The author has conceptualized the political process as a three-level model to focus on the analysis of the influence of the globalization process on the agent (micro-level), constitutive (meso-level) and metapolitical (macro-level) levels of the political process.

Results

Results. It has been established that at the constitutive level of the political process globalization leads to changes in the system of institutions which lead to a process of institutional unification and a converse process of fragmentation. At the metapolitical level the process of globalization affects the sovereignty of the political system through the emergence of new supra-systemic players on the global stage.

Research implications

Research implications. The conceptual model of the political process has been introduced, and the main trends in the development of the political process under globalization have been identified in relation to this model.
