Цель. Проанализировать мнения политологов о последствиях начала Специальной военной операции на Украине для современного мира.
Процедура и методы. В качестве основного метода применялся качественный анализ текстов. Были изучены и обобщены работы российских и зарубежных политологов, исследовавших последствия начала Специальной военной операции на Украине для современного мира.
Результаты. Проведённое исследование позволяет утверждать, что, по мнению российских и зарубежных политологов, политические и социальные процессы, происходящие в России, оказывают значительное влияние на жизнь мирового сообщества. Однополярное мироустройство, характеризующееся гегемонией Запада, осуществляемой с помощью организации «цветных революций», развязывания войн в разных точках мира, снижения уровня жизни большей части мирового населения, стало результатом экономического и политического ослабления России в 1990-е гг. Укрепление Российского государства в первой четверти 2000-х гг., открытое противостояние Западу путём отстаивания собственных национальных интересов, в том числе и в ходе Специальной военной операции на Украине, ускорило формирование многополярного мира.
Теоретическая и / или практическая значимость. Анализ мнений российских и зарубежных политологов о последствиях начала Специальной военной операции на Украине для мирового сообщества, проведённый в рамках данного исследования, в перспективе может внести вклад в создание исторического нарратива, направленного на сплочение российского общества.
Aim. To analyze the opinions of political scientists about the consequences of the start of the special military operation in Ukraine for the modern world.
Methodology. Qualitative text analysis was used as the main research method. The works of Russian and foreign political scientists, who studied the consequences of the start of the special military operation in Ukraine for the modern world, were studied and summarized.
Results. The conducted research suggests that, according to Russian and foreign political scientists, the political and social processes taking place in Russia have a significant impact on the life of the world community. The unipolar world order which is characterized by the hegemony of the West, carried out through the organization of “color revolutions”, the outbreak of wars in different parts of the world, and the decline in the standard of living of most of the world’s population, was the result of the economic and political weakening of Russia in the 1990s. The strengthening of the Russian state in the first quarter of the 2000s, and open opposition to the West by defending its own national interests, including during the special military operation in Ukraine, accelerated the formation of a multipolar world.
Research implications. The analysis of the opinions of Russian and foreign political scientists on the consequences of the start of the special military operation in Ukraine for the world community, conducted in the framework of this study, in the future may contribute to the creation of a historical narrative aimed at uniting Russian society.
