Оценка эффективности политики профилизации в разрезе её влияния на развитие системы среднего профессионального образования и всю систему воспроизводства человеческого капитала в России.</p></sec><sec><title>Процедура и методы</title><p>Процедура и методы. На основе данных эмпирических (как качественных, так и количественных) исследований, проводимых как в России, так и в других странах, осуществлён анализ влияния политики профилизации на такие показатели, как равенство доступа к образованию и популярность среднего профессионального образования.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Показано, что система среднего профессионального образования, являясь одним из механизмов и одновременно результивирующих эффектов образовательной политики профилизации, выступает системой, которая способствует инкапсуляции ряда социальных проблем, в частности, неравенства возможностей. Показано, что политика профилизации приводит к сепарации системы среднего профессионального образования, которое воспринимается общественным мнением России как непривлекательная образовательная траектория. Сделан вывод о необходимости пересмотра базовых императивов политики профилизации.</p></sec><sec><title>Теоретическая значимость</title><p>Теоретическая значимость. Обосновано предположение, что для корректировки отрицательных эффектов профилизации образовательная политика может быть переориентирована на пересмотр её идейных и организационных оснований. С точки зрения авторов, изменение базовых императивов политики профилизации при сохранении её общей направленности будет способствовать реализации национальных интересов России в сфере образования.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To evaluate the effectiveness of the student profiling policy in the context of its impact on the development of secondary vocational education and the entire system of reproduction of human capital assets in Russia.</p></sec><sec><title>Methodology</title><p>Methodology. Based on the data of empirical (both qualitative and quantitative) studies conducted both in Russia and in other countries, the analysis of the student profiling policy impact on such indicators as equal access to education and the popularity of secondary vocational education was carried out.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. It is shown that the system of secondary vocational education, being one of the mechanisms and at the same time the resultant effects of the educational policy of student profiling, serves as a system that contributes to the encapsulation of a number of social problems, in particular, inequality of opportunities. It is demonstrated that the policy of student profiling leads to the separation of the secondary vocational education system, which is perceived by the public opinion of Russia as an unattractive educational trajectory. The conclusion is made about the need to revise the basic imperatives of the student profiling policy.</p></sec><sec><title>Research implications</title><p>Research implications. The assumption is substantiated that in order to correct the negative effects of student profiling, educational policy can be reoriented to revise its ideological and organizational foundations.
